Do the babies look the same in the 3D ultrasound as they will after they are born?

For the most part, yes. Granted your baby probably won't be born orange, but otherwise, we can usually get some pretty good pictures. Here at SonoSmile we don't usually get to see the babies after they are born, so it's a little hard to have an entire 3D ultrasound before and after gallery. The pictures below are my little girl. She is 126 months old as of today November 23rd, 2024.
