SonoSmile^SM is an online ultrasound appointment reservation website. We collect personal information from people who attempt to schedule an appointment on our site. We collect and track non-personal information to test usability from any requests made to any resource hosted at the sonosmile.com URL. When you click submit then any form data you have entered will be submitted to the corresponding recipient; payment information to the merchant service provider, and appointment information to the SonoSmile administrator.

Credit card processing (as of November 2019) is performed with Stripe^TM. The payment information is not collected on SonoSmile, but instead is tokenized and processed directly through Stripe^TM. We keep relevant information pertaining to the appointment, payment status, and contact information. We do not store credit card numbers or cvv numbers. Information shared between your browser and SonoSmile and between your browser and Stripe is encypted using SHA256 bit encryption.

This site uses basic session cookies, google analytics, and apache server logs.
